Neighborhood Wheel

I love this wheel. It's my first time using it. I bought it because I had the matching set. So I decided, why not? I could not figure out what to do with it. But, as I saw in the new Fall Winter 2008 Stampin'up catalogue, I can make WE MOVED cards or thank you cards, as I did here.

I did the wheel on watercolour paper and used my stampin'up makers to do the rest. Easy and fun to make. I saw other cards where they take some IN THE FAMILY stamps and put little people. Cute!

Oh yes, I forgot, a bit of glitter on the coulds & grass.
